VICKRAM MEDIRATA

Vickram Mederata is the founder and CEO of Benneta Group with its corporate address at 1208-10 DLF Towers – II, Jasola Dist Center, New Delhi 110044. He is primarily responsible for the advent of advanced bar concepts in India, starting 1998, in association with Glastender, his company’s primary partner fabricating modular bars.

Vickram was instrumental in early on launches of microbreweries in India by planning remote beer dispensing systems which delivered the beer over long distance from brewery tanks to the bars. He planned the long draw system of India’s largest microbrewery, The Rockman’s Beer Island in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon.

He has dedicated over fourteen years in the specialization of urban bar technologies working along with his international partners and over time created clientele in fine hotel, restaurant and bar chains across the country. In 2013, he planned and setup the bars for Taj Sri Lanka as their first projects outside India.

In later half of 2012, Vickram created specialization in fields of coffee and wine technologies and collaborated with international brands to offer those brands to Indian industry. He was also instrumental in introducing brands as Blendtec into India for home and commercial markets.

In 2013, he created the world’s first Hybrid Personal Bar naming it BarTrender Pro. Having specialization in making high end bar concepts, Vickram felt a natural direction to create a niche product that serves the needs of bars for residential needs that needed professional equipment with design aesthetics. The BarTrender Pro is available for worldwide markets from Benneta Group.

All enterprises lead by him have been primarily for the high income and luxury markets, which is the forte of his organization today. Their showroom for bar products was launched in 2012 in Delhi.

Kushalah Bucktowar Medirata joint the organization as the Additional Director since 2005 till current.

Background

Kushalah was born and brought up in Mauritius in a family of educational background with her father as a professor and her sister as well in teaching profession. She finished her schooling from Queen Elizabeth College and finished her higher education at Delhi College of Arts in DU.
